Recorded with an AKG Perception 170 pencil condenser microphone in a standard terraced house bedroom. Plenty of porous absorption here with the bed and soft carpet alongside a rock climbing crash mat borrowed from a housemate which is a large, soft rectangle; this helped lower the reverberation time of the bedroom, making it a more efficient recording space. Recording lasted a few days due to background noise of the main road and neighbours so I recorded at times where everything was quiet which could be few and far between. I managed to complete it in around 3 days which I was pleased with.
